Our project, Safe Running Routes Barcelona, has been recognized for its innovative approach to creating safe sports routes for women in the city.

Developed using our Innovation Solution Puzzle methodology, the proposal combines advanced technology, public space improvement, and community participation to foster a more equitable and inclusive sports environment.

We have already started with the planning of the pilot, which will take place in Barcelona’s sports circuits over the next eight months.

👟 Our goal is clear: To enhance women’s perception of safety in outdoor sports, encourage participation, and contribute to the development of more inclusive public spaces for everyone.

Congratulations to Barcelona City Council, Institut de l’Esport de Barcelona, and BIT Habitat for launching this initiative and for their innovative vision for a more equal city.
