What happens:
In this phase, we start bringing pieces of the Innovation Puzzle to life. We run Proof of Concepts (POCs) to test key ideas and solutions, providing tangible results early on. This is where we begin implementing and piloting the prioritized solutions identified in Step 3. By testing small-scale, we reduce risks while showing quick wins and building momentum for larger implementations.
Why it matters:
Testing allows you to see the effectiveness of different innovations in real-world conditions, helping you make data-driven decisions. It also ensures that your business experiences quick results that can be scaled over time. This step is not the end of the journey, but the start of a continuous process of iteration and improvement, constantly discovering new solutions from within your business, from the market, or through partnerships with startups, SMEs, and other companies.
Outcome:
Proven results through POC and pilot programs that give you confidence in scaling the right solutions. This phase sets your team and business on a continuous path of exploring and integrating new solutions and innovations – external, internal and the combination of both
